DO NOT TRUST MTN

MTN does not even receive a star. There should be an option to not even grant them a star!

I've had a month-to-month contract with MTN for a while now and all of a sudden, they downgraded my package without my consent from a 30mbps to a 1mbps!

With numerous emails and follow ups still no response from MTN! I spoke to an "MTN CHAMPION" today and asked if I could be transfered to the line manager but was informed that the line manager who is Mezi Khumalo would call me back and if his not available someone else will call me to resolve my issue but still has not done so. It's been almost 3 hours and still nobody got back to me!

This has drastically impacted my studies and my work and has not allowed me to complete any of my modules due to no connectivity! This is utterly pathetic!

It seems like they downgraded me in order to buy more data instead which is unacceptable!!!
