Do not take out any contract with this thieving company. The retention department will purposely delay the cancellation of your contract so they may ***** a few months extra inflated payments. you are at the mercy of a useless call center, They will admit it is their mistake and give you false information that the matter is escalated, but nothing comes of it. i have spoken to a few managers. to name, Mihe Myeza, the best thing he can to is tell me to send an email to customer care. the hassles and frustration with their call consultants is just not worth it. i would advise to consider other competitors, service cannot possible worse than this!!!
