Do not take out a contract with MTN, i reap, do not take out

Ive been calling mtn for the past hour trying to cancel my contract with them due to my unemployment. When i called on the 17th i was told to pay R370 of which i made on the 18th.

Today i made 6 people spoke to me 5 hung up on me while they said i should hold for them. 1 of them told me to pay R332 saying it was short from the 1 i paid already. When i spoke to Bianca she told me to hold then all of a sudden i was speaking to Nokhanya or Nolukhanya on the same call. She (Nolukhanya) then told me i need to call again at 12 because the cant check now because its not reflecting. How come its not reflecting when I made payment on the 18th? Does it take 7 days for money to reflect in a bank?

When i offered to send my proof of payment she refused and said she cant check with my proof of payment. I'm very disappointed and hurting because every cent that leaves my pocket is stressful and they will want to deduct again tomorrow. These consultants forget that they employees too and they can get fired or their contracts can never get renewed again. Their service is very poor
