DO NOT TAKE OUT A BUSINESS CONTRACT WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER

I have been ATTEMPTING to get a matter resolved with MTN with regards to my business account for the past 4 months. Firstly, you cannot get through to the business desk - you go through 5 to 6 different consultants every day - none of which are able to assist with a business account. Secondly, they are continuing to deduct moneys from our account, which are subsequently not reflecting on the statement - this amounts to theft of funds! I am at my wits end. I will be cancelling all contracts with them going forward. I DO NOT recommend taking out a contract with them - as soon as you are signed up, they wash their hands of you. I am highly disgusted that this is the level of service received from MTN. I will be taking the matter to the ombudsman AS A LAST RESORT due to their inability to assist, or at least, attempt to assist!
