DO NOT TAKE MTN INSURANCE
I claimed my phone 2 weeks back been I've been waiting . The week on the arrival contact the insurance I'm told that I should have been with me they will check but keep on dropping the phone . I pay every month and I've never been behind.

24 Dec 2019, 01:16My bank had sorted that out as your mtn consultant in Cape town Golden acre branch advised me to let my debit order bounce as he couldnt help me in as i wanted to change in paying cash.
I have been **** to and told my phone will be arriving between last week Thursday or Friday . Saturday I call I'm told it were to arrive yesterday (monday) i am not happy at all. I have not received any feedback.
