Do Not take MTN free to use LTE router. Impossible to cancel
I have been trying to cancel my fixed lte contract as I am moving. It is virtually impossible. I called MTN, was referred to Mondo. Mondo curs calls or does not answer. I took the router to an MTN store. They required proof of purchase. I went back then get told they require proof of delivery which is virtually impossible to find. They will not accept the invoice or contract as proof of purchase.

15 Nov 2025, 16:41I am still struggling with this. Another store now told me that all stores are Franchised and when they trief to process the cancellation it is not going through. MTN online is saying the store is the problem? What a bunch of losers.
