Do NOT take a out Contract with MTN SA

MTN Would you please STOP being such ******!!! I honestly regret making Telkom Mobile my second option - I have friends on their contracts to prove their good customer service, great deals and transparency!!

Dear Customer, Your query has been resolved with reference number ***. Kindly contact MTN within 48 hours if the problem still persists.

Guess what my query is STILL NOT RESOLVED, you are still charging me fees I never ever agreed to and worse I cannot afford!! No wonder we have so many people who stop paying for their contracts and in turn get blacklisted, guess what?? I am NEXT...You have set me up for financial instability and I can imagine how many more vulnerable customers you did this to!

Cancel my contract and stop charging me fees I did not agree to!!! And PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME to ask me the background of the case YOU KNOW IT!! Mxm
