DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH MTN...THEY ARE ******* AND LIERS

I upgraded my contract in July. For a sim only deal of R139 per month( my mtn choice Flexi R200). I am now being charged R200 monthly. This is not what we agreed on. I was never sent a contract for this since it was over the phone. I am now trying to sort this out and I am being sent from pillar yo post. I wish I had let my contract lapse and not upgrade it. I am ****ed.
