DO NOT SUPPORT MTN

I had taken out a contract November 2022, My contract ended November 2024. A month before it ended, I had advised to cancel my contract as I wanted to avoid going onto a month to month contract thereafter. MTN sends me a bill for the outstanding device amount and exclaims I owe this amount which is more than any installment I paid. I've phoned multiple times and have had various call center agents telling me different things. I've tried to escalate and have even sent complaints via email but have not been assisted.
