DO NOT SIGN UP WITH MTN

This is THE most useless mobile company. For 4 days NO SERVIE, not registered on network, after spending 15 minutes answering numerous questions on their Facebook helpdesk I am not further forward and fobbed off again to lodge a network coverage complaint online or call their helpline, ha ha call it with what phone? I have R180 worth of airtime half a gigabyte of data, sms and minutes available but I can't use any of it! What would happen if I had an emergency in the middle of the night and was unable to call anyone to help me? Could I sue MTN if I was unable to get help because ultimately it would be their fault. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF YOU ARE WITH THEM NOW, MY ADVICE IS CHANGE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER AND RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM MTN AS YOUR LEGS CAN CARRY YOU.
