Don’t ever sign up with MTN - my account is paid up but somehow someone from billing put my name down as owing , i have a letter from the legal department saying my account is clear and not owing - this morning i get an email advising im owing a amount from May 2025 mind you this account was closed last year in July/October cancelling this account took me 2months with very unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour from staff . Ive been from pillar to pillar and the ombudsman has been no help no brainer , long story short DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT uzozisola
