Do not Port To Mtn, Escalating is all you will get

on Thursday afternoon 5 feb 2015 15h00 i sent the SMSto port from cell c to MTNas the MTN website and contact centre made it sound so easy and also confirmed it would not be problematic, that same evening i recieved the message that the porting was completed and i can insert my new sim with my same number, not the case, after at least 120 phone calls to the above mentioned department it is now Saterday 16h24 7 feb 2015, and i am still stuck with no working sim, the only thing these people know to say is that your query has been escalated and that they are working on the problem, how ever the call center has closed at 13h00 and i was promised that Lerato the manager her self would phone me, safe to say this did not happen, they cannot even give you a time estimate, please people if you think you are better of moving to MTN please do not, rather port to Vodacom, i demanded from ivan to speak to some one else that could help me but he refused insisting that no one else except Lerato could help, really ? a company this size ? only one person can resolve my query, i think it is safe to say that i have probably lost my number and this porting has cost me to lose a lot of business.
