DO NOT MIGRATE WITH MTN CONTRACT...YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED

Unfortunately i cannot even it is the first time MTN has disappointed me. I migrated a few months ago and have been getting more then what i initially signed up for. This means that my debit order is also higher. However,I am no longer receiving the additional airtime but am still getting debited a higher amount for more than 4 months now. I actually had never noticed this until recently. I launched my first call on the 4th of September and it has been more than a month with no resolution. The very sad part is i have actually never spoken to anyone in the migration unit. I have been told to call sales, i call sales i am told to call 083 135. i tried the number so many times...it just doesnt go through. I was then told to call *** - does not work. I called 135 again and eventualy was transferred to retentions where i held for more than 20 mins. Lucky enough i was given the direct number so i called ***, which is the direct number but i was on hold for even more then 20 mins. This is absolutely ridiculous!! It is a very simple matter that needs to be resolved but for some reason it is taking more than a month. I am stuck with this contract and i know that if i cancel that debit order, i will not have any service but MTN has the nerve to keep taking my money and not giving me what i am entitled to. I hope everyone who reads this will be more careful when migrating your line!!! Only the migration department can help if you have any problems, not even the store where you got the phone can help. And you cannot get hold of that department so my advise is do not migrate.
