DO NOT INSURE YOUR PHONE WITH MTN!!!

If you are looking to insure your cell phone with @MTN South Africa, I would urge you to think again. I have been claiming for the past 2 months and still do not have a phone. I call every day and have even resorted to asking to speak with a team leader (Supervisor/Manager), however the excuses are endless. I have already paid the excess fee and I am now asked to pay more money every time I call in and ask for an update. Might I add, they do not send you any updates on your claim, you would have to call in everyday!!!!

I have done everything in my power and feel like I am at a dead end at this point. I actually feel like I am being ****med.
