Do not insure your device with them

To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. I took my device to be fixed with such a small literally minor problem that was vibration of the phone which could literally take 30 minutes tops to be fixed. But NO! MTN took my phone for a whole two months to fix it by fix I’m being sarcastic, these people till this day have not communicated regarding my phone returning to me or how far the process is, I’ve been calling and still no help or direction as to how far my phone will be returning. I’m so sick to my stomach of how *********** and disrespectful you people are. I definitely do not recommended getting any device insured with them coz you will regret it!
