Do not go to MTN

Worst provider ever, we wanted to upgrade in November but the upgrades in their adverti*****ts were not loaded on a "new system" and we had to wait for Nov to continue the upgrade. It is now the 12th of Nov, 8 visits later and they can not load the upgrade still even though we have the router allready. What was supose to cost us R499 for a upgraded data contract only has cost us about R1500 in prepaid data just to continue to work from home. MTN is losing so many costumers daily due to this and we are one if them. We will be switching over to Vodacom this weekend.
