Do not go into contract with MTN!!!

I did an upgrade in store from a cellular contract to a month to month home router, I was charged a pro rata fee for the upgrade, the home router has never worked, I have made numerous attempts to resolve this with Mtn with no help instead they continue to bill me for the previous contract and the new contract.
