Do not get insurance from MTN

MTN insurance is the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. I submitted a claim almost 2 week ago and I still haven't received a concrete response as to what is happening with my claim. Even though they say on the claim form it'll be settled within 24 hours. This is ridiculous, but I guess you get what you pay for. I will be cancelling my insurance with them as soon as I can.
