DO NOT GET AN MTN LTE MONTH-TO-MONTH DATA CONTRACT!!!

I got a month-to-month data package which came with a "free" router. On using the package, I found that it did not suit my needs. Only at that point did I find out that I could not upgrade to another data package without fist cancelling the contract and then getting a new one. I then cancelled the contract, which was on the 12th of April. Since it is a month-to-month contract, I had already paid for April. I now discover that I will be billed for May as I had not given them 30 days notice. I will now be paying for data that I cannot use because I had to return the router! This is disgusting MTN. Again, you have made a joke out of me. You will be taking money from me for something that I cannot use. You should be ashamed of yourselves, this is sickening behaviour and make a mockery of your image.
