DO NOT GET AN MTN CONTRACT/UPGRADE OVER THE PHONE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

this is a cautionary tale i would like to share with existing mtn customers and those thinking of signing a new contract with mtn. i had a contract with them for almost two years and i was due for an upgrade in January which i was planning to renew. last week i was called by one of mtn's agents offering me an upgrade for a samsung s10 at R799 a month. i agreed to their terms and they delivered an S10e, which is not what we had agreed to and now im stuck with a phone i do not want and worse than that i have to pay an exorbitant fee as i later found out that the S10e is only R599 a month.

this is such a dishonest way of doing business and i will not ever do anymore business with them this is absolutely unnacceptable.
