DO NOT GET AN MTN CELLPHONE CONTRACT!!!! **** ALERT

The worlds worst customer service and, I am not being dramatic.If you want to save yourself mounts of stress, please take this review into serious consideration.

Not only are the customers representatives unhelpful and, rude it's like no one knows what the hell they are doing. To top it all off, I went in store for a cancelation of application I had done online, I have resolved to rather canceling the contract because of the extremely concerning way I was treated by their customer service. I literally spent hours and hours on the phone helpless, being transferred mercilessly from here to here and,then I went in store at Parklands Bay Side Mall MTN. The representative there was so unprofessional and, kept calling me baby... didn't hear a word of what I said but rather kept calling all kinds of pet names. He made me sit there for 2 hours in the hopes that my issue is being resolved.

If you are thinking of getting a cellphone contract or any kind of contract with MTN - abort mission immediately you are going to be hung dry with no help. I even witnessed someone being given a bribe for something related to fixing their sim card issue in store. He gave them a R100 and, the guy quickly popped the money into his pocket. MTN is a ****! Guys. Don't do it. Just don't.
