DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH MTN

It’s the 4th month now that I’ve been requesting them to remove a paid up account on my ITC and they keeping telling the same story

The other lady said and I quote “ unfortunately the status on the account will stay the same sorry for the inconvenience. Kind Regards Jeneveve Watson”

This has been going on for the past 4 months and they are unable to resolve this matter and their consultants they are worse

Please don’t get a contract with them you miss a payment and settle the account it will forever remain on your ITC
