DO NOT DO IT!

These People are hopeless! I have been in 3 shops for an hour each, phoned the hotline 4/5 times, written emails and complained on Face Book.<br> <br> They cannot get it right. <br> <br> 1)International roaming, a simple request- not working. Even though they assured me it would. Of course I only find that out in Europe...<br> <br> 2) Lift limit so I do not have to buy airtime and my (business) calls do not get interrupted because free minutes are used up, NOT happening. Requested this 5 times, in shops and call center. No reaction at all.<br> <br> 3) Tried to migrate package, went to shop, also sent email with attached form to that effect, automatic reply but otherwise NO REACTION. NONE!!<br> <br> 4) Complained on their Facebook page several times, get lame replies, otherwise NOTHING!!!<br> <br> If you consider changing to these guys, DO NOT DO IT, just don't. <br> You'll be on your own with a phone that doesn't work.<br> <br> My company spends thousands of Rands with these imbeciles, but the second we can I will make sure we're out of there! You see- I am one of the directors.
