Do not do business with MTN

O the 2nd of Jan 25 I app**** for home wifi a consultant phone me and paperwork was finished I had to pay 2 months up front which I did and got a call from the MTN representative whom I spoke to confirm that they received the money, on the 20th of Jan 25 this morning i received a statement stating that I was owed the money but it still not paid back into my account, when you phone the billing department you go through the whole verifying process just for them to disconnect the phone - any advice
