Do not deal with Mobile Plus a contractor for MTN

I recently had a call from mobile plus an outsourced contractor for MTN. I needed to upgarde my sell phone contract and decided to that with them.

The agent **** to me about the details of the contract further to this laoded a R39 recurring data bundle without my permission.

This is unaccpetable. Then they delivered the device even though i had cancelled teh contract. Once delivered they then asked me to take back to mtn shop but they were able to deliver but not collect.

*******....do not deal with Mobile plus.

It has taken me more than 2 weeks and still not resolved.

The only reason i realised this because i got a data purchase message and then called the mtn call centre. Upon which i was told this was a common issue with Monbile plus.

I am fedup. It takes ages to sort this out. After being with MTN for more than 10 years its a pity i will be changing service providers.
