Do not choose MTN as your service provider.

Still no response from MTN complaints department after 4 weeks. Am being ignored over a legitimate service claim because nobody in the MTN claims department wants to take ownership of the problem. Now I'm having to escalate it to the NCC just to get them to respond. Service levels from MTN are non-existent at worst and embarrassing at best.
