Do not care attitude
MTN never keeps their promise. After my last complain on Hello Peter, they mailed me and called me the following day. After explaining my complain they promised to confirm the conversation on email and resolve my investigate my complaint.<br> To date nothing has happened. <br> MTN even sent me a customer service questionnaire - still nothing.<br> MTN does not care about the customers as log as the debit order is going off monthly.

Please see the feedback from our repair centre regarding the laptop damage.
The client laptop was voided due to physical damage as the top cover on the keyboard area was cracked, which was acknowledged by the client.
I had a telephonic conversation with the client today and he did acknowledge that the laptop was dropped down, he was then concerned as to why he only experienced the hard drive crash 10 months after he dropped his laptop, as per our technician the hard disk was damaged when it fell but the failure occurred now as the hard disk ran out of space to reallocate the bad sectors as the data continued to be *******ed as the hard drive was running.
However the client is still not a hundred present convinced that the fault is related to the physical damage. I did explain to the client that his laptop is extremely fragile and slight rough handling of the laptop can cause a hard drive crash, a fall of such magnitude that caused the top covers to be cracked most certainly would have serious repercussions. It was also stated on the mail initially sent to the Agent at the store that physical damage, liquid damage and software related problems will become voided.
