Do not buy mondo products if you care for your mental and emotional well being

My advise, do not buy any product from Mondo. I was sold a non existing product, investigations were conducted and they came out in my favour. They requested proof of deductions from my account in order to refund me. I've been calling them atleast twice a week since january 2022 and all they say is that my matter has been escalated and they will refund me within 7 days.
