DO NOT BUY FROM MTN

Having purchase a 10gig sim card on 15 August 2024, received on 21 August 2024. I have had to provide proof of purchase twice. What for??? you cannot get a sim card without paying for it, online or instore!! I have been phoning every day since 22 August to find out where my data is. I have had 1 person offer to phone me back but never did. I get cut off, or transferred to people who are just not willing to help. The standard reply is I am sorry for your inconvenience! You are an absolute disgrace as an organisation and to think I was purchasing this data card with a view to moving accross to you.
