Do I or Dont I

I went to Botswana about 2 months ago and while there I discovered my international roaming had been deactivated.
On my return I queried this with MTN and despite the fact the trip cost me a lot of money and I only got part of my business done because I could not contact anyone all I got from MTN was a feeble apology bot no offer of compensation.
On Monday I am going to Italy and would like someone whose name I can keep with a phone no to confirm that my international roaming is back on.
I am not sure MTN understand how much damage can be done to one's business when they make these kind of mistakes.
Also on my other phone starting with *** I got a message on the 6th September telling me my data had been updated. On the 9th I get a message which I understood was telling me I am running out of data and should purchase some more.
I have 5 gigs of data at home and 50gigs at work so can someone please explain or is this a ****

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Please note that the roaming and international dialling are activated as for the *** the provisioning data is active.

We are sorry to have disappointed you with our service and would like to assure you that we do strive to provide the best service at all times.
