Disturbing the peace and not doing their work by doing shoddy installations

This is a small Station at Rebel foods Atlasville Boksburg. The centre pole right at the top has a loose chain flapping in the wind banging the metal pole . When the wind blows it just keeping banging on the center pole . At night it is very irritating. I did call 083182 that gave me another number which I called and reported this. They picked up the site number and acknowledged the area and said they would send a tech out to sort it out . That was a week ago and nothing has been done . MTN send me an email address and I will send you a video . To do shoddy work that irritates people who live around this Mtn site is unacdeptable.

Coverage department gives no reference numbers, now TWO WEEKS and your useless coverage department has not come to remove the chain that is just banging non stop this Sunday Morning 16 September on the center pole.
