Distasteless customer service!!

I ordered a contract phone online and was told that in 1-3 days it will be delivered. A week later and nothing, no communication from MTN I have to keep on doing the run around to follow up on them. When you call you get so many different stories from the consultants. WHy promise that you will deliver in a certain time-frame and then you don't and as a client you have to suck your thumbs and hope MTN will reach out to you to tell you they will deliver as promised - as we speak i still dont have my order - i dont even know whats happening with it. Thats very distateless service on your side!!
