Distasteful service

The most disgraceful Customer service I’ve ever come across. Recently I received a call regarding the retentions of my contract , which I did not wish to renew due to the inconsistent debit orders on a monthly bases. I then requested for Makhosazana Mpanza to cancel my contract and not renew it. She then proceeds to tell me that unfortunately canceling my contract would mean that I would also need to cancel my mobile number, which I disputed. Fast forward I see a deduction of R214 off my account. I then contact their CC to seek for further assistance in regards to this , and I kid you not, I was transferred to 5 agents , all requesting for my details for security checks and none of them was able to assist until eventually one of the agents hung up on me after the agent by the name of Precious explained that my contact was renewed by another company called EOS. To say I am frustrated is an understatement.
