Distasteful horrible attitude and poor services. Unprofessional company.

I went to buy iPhone 12 Pro Max in MTN Clearwater by PicknPay. The lady who was assisting was so rude, didn’t give any information about the phone, if I ask questions she would be so irritable. Then came back the following week to get a phone, they say since I needed a different color that wasn’t on stock I have to wait for a week but now I’m on the fourth week. The following week I went personally cause they don’t take calls if they do after you explained your query they drop the call; the lady that was helping called me “Girl” I was beyond angry. Even today I haven’t got the phone I needed and I can’t go buy somewhere else cause my credit score is down now. They is no help whatsoever and they are very rude and unprofessional.
