Distasteful Behaviour by a Sales Agent in MTN

We had browsed through the MTN Catalogue on 07.07.20 and my spouse had visited the MTN Soiuthway Mall in Rossburgh store to enquire as to the specials seen. A person by the name of Arayat in the store displayed a distasteful attitude towards my spouse. He was unhelpful and asked my spouse to visit the Bluff Mall MTN to check if they had the devices as advertised. He refused to ohone the MTN Bluff Store to enquire. This type of behaviour is unprofessional and unwarranted. Surely customer service values and ethics play a role, or is this not the case any longer? Quite disappointed.
