Disspionted client

I am shock to learn I went to mtn express Eastgate lower. Level to take out a new contract there bio metrex did not pick me up on home affairs going back and fourth for a 1 month thinking that there could be a mistake only to be invale spoke to there customer consaltent Brenden how could not resolve the issue. Went back to Eastgate on the 8 August at 15h00 again was given the run around this was again appualing service from him I was informed becouse I work with my hands my finger prints have faded what bull bust after waiting a full hour yet again my finger prints did not register I asked does mtn have plan b there a swear was no how disspionting again thery mentioned to me that it could be my age which I found to be a joke so in other words they don't value new clients if my finger prints don't read according to mtn I must be a alien how on earth could I have a bank account and I'd book or get married if I my finger prints was not registered at home affairs how discrinating of mtn express to even mention such a thing to me I will not recommend there service to anybody that is between 50 or 60 If I rated there service it would be a big 0
