Disservice @ Pedipalp Gauteng (Pty)Ltd MTN

I bought Samsung z- flip from southgate pedipalp store on 22july2020 on contract. Around 30may2021 I brought it back since it had an ink mark inside the screen. The manager told me to pay R14 000 towards repairs claiming that the 12months warranty has lapsed. Since 30may till now I have been paying for the phone I don't have. The warranty on contract states 24months. My suspicion is that he booked in the phone for repairs around 5 July 2021 in order to void my warranty. He claims phone was returned twice to him with some slight imperfections, but he never called me in for receiving it.IMEI ***57656 .Store e-mail ***. Consult :Pheto Bapela
