Dissatisfied with service
I have ported my number ( ********** 917) back to MTN in 2017.and as we aware that it's not always possible to read the contracts in detail.Sadly to say I have fallen victim to my ignorance.I was not told about if you don't use your airtime/data you loose it after a certain period of time.I then requested a copy of my contract which I signed so that I can actually see that I singed in agreement with the above.Needless to say it's about six months ago that I requested the contract that I singed to see where I agreed to what I am been told.Every time I went to the branch AND A SQUARE NELSPRUIT I got told we waiting for the documents because the documents have been put in the archives.Eventually about two or three months ago I was told by the regional managers that the company (METROFILE)that does the archiving was not paid by MTN.I suppose that's the reason why I am waiting so long for a copy of my contract.Sales consultant was Muhammad Makda and regional manageress is Menaar I might be spelling her name incorrectly. The other contract I have ( ********** 369) has also been renewed in January 2017 I kept getting SMS from a number(30180) MTN CALLER TUNEZ requesting me to renew my subscriptions I then went back to Muhammad and discussed it with him he checked on the system and said to me I am not registered for this service just delete the message when I receive it. I then received my statement dated the 13/09/2017 and discovered I was suddenly charged for MTN CALLER TUNEZ when I went to enquire why I got told I subscribed for the service. Regrettable to say I am sorry that I ported my number back to MTN. I was a MTN client since 1994 I then ported my number to Vodacom in 2015 and returned to MTN this year
