Dissatisfied With MTN

I took an extra time WhatsApp bundle that didn't work until the day it expired , called customer care 2 times obviously being handled by two different consultants that gave me different stories n my issue was still not resolved. Now I sit here waiting to pay back a bundle I didn't even use😞
