Dissatisfied MTN client.

I have been with MTN over 20 years. Identity ***** was committed within MTN organization, a contract was done with my sensitive credentials. I have supp**** MTN with all necessary documents, a sworn affidavit included. Subsequently my original lawful contract (-8***) was suspended, now my question to them was how can suspending my paid for contract assist them with their so-called investigation. Suppose my next step would be the ombudsman.
