Dissatisfied In MTN

I’m so disgusted with the service I received at MTN Vryburg (North West). I waited so long for my application to be approved but I was told it takes 2-24 hours. When the app was finally approved I did not even receive a call from the consultant however the day I went in for the activation to collect my device the systems were apparently offline the lady consultant who helped me was very rude and she discouraged me a lot the consultant next to her who understood I travelled from far and tried ways to get me leaving with my devices but even the manager refused for me to leave with a Manuel invoice and do the activation afterwards it was not my fault that systems were off whereas by word of mouth they do that to those regarded as more rust worthy. I’m very disappointed in the service and would never recommend MTN anymore.
