Dissatisfied customer

I requested to cancel my month to month data contact last year November however that was not attended to. I got a call from a consultant offering to sell a product at which she also confirmed that she can see i requested to cancel my contact. An email was sent to the *** email address but still no response. I am very DISAPPOINTED in the manner MTN attends to their customers. My contacts ended on the 05/06/2023 and 31/01/2023. I would like to cancel all my data month to month contacts ASAP.
