Dissatisfied customer

Acc no BA***, I have been battling with my acoount since, 2020 where I was told there is a problem, but no one cares to fully explain how since every month I pay it, different agents from mtn tell me different stories when I enquire, their customer care email don't help as well, last year I was given a ref to solve this problem ***, till today my bill has amount I do not know about.
