Dissatisfied customer

Dissatisfied with customer service from MTN. Complaint regarding extra minutes taken away during calls. It was supposed to be per second billing but this is not the case. It has been a month and nothing has been rectified. Spoken to consultants at the store and head of department of Johannesburg. This is the second month and this is still occurring.
