Dissatisfied customer

I am so very disappointed in MTN. I have been a loyal MTN customer for over 10 years. I received a call from MTN direct sales for a renewal of my contract beginning of March 2022. I was told of Samsung S21fe promotion that was running and took that deal that came with a free Samsung tab7. Upon me claiming for the tablet from Samsung, I was advised that the promotion ended on the 28th February 2022. The reason I took the deal with the MTN Consultant was because she said it came with a free tablet, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered to even but the phone via direct marketing as I was planning to go to the MTN Store personally. It really upsets me that the MTN Consultants are selling incorrect deals to their customers. This is false advertising and marketing and I need to know what are you going to do about it?
