Dissatisfied client

I had called in on friday 25/11/22 to take a new mtn contract and to upgrade. I wanted the Samsung A73 5g. I had seen online that it is going for R319x36 months however when I asked the consultant he had said that it is only for business clients and it is R429x36 for personal clients. Today I had seen the same ad on Facebook for R319x36. I called mtn direct to confirm and they had told me that is the special till the 4 December 2022. I had already upgraded and taken a new contract. I tried getting hold of the consultant that had assisted me from CCI but seems that they were closed even tho their trading hours are 8-18:00pm. I got transferred twice and the call cut. This is really disappointing as I have 3 current contracts with mtn and I had taken a new one on friday which makes 4 contract. This is an inconvenience as now I need to call in again tomorrow to get my issue sorted. I am really disappointed with the service received and the incorrect advice given.
