Dissatisfied client

I am very dissatisfied with the service I'm getting from mtn. I logged an claim a month ago for my cellphone that was ******, the policy of mtn says that it must take 14 days to resolve this claim. It is now more then a month. If I knew this is the kind of service I would have gotten I would've take my business elsewhere. This is unacceptable and I need this sorted out ASAP!!
