DISSATISFIED CLIENT

Dispute with MTN End of Feb 2020 I was billed over R2400 extra on my account for international roaming for 3 calls while onboard an MSC cruise ship which was docked in Cape Town harbour all-day on 10 Jan 2020. From March till Oct 2020 I have battled to sort this dispute with MTN without success. MTNs last response on 20 Nov 2020 was "This query has been closed" I have been a loyal client of MTN for over 10 years whit no hassles until now.
