Dissatisfied

Such an appalling email I received from MTN about an account that has been handed over and yet I have not made use of their sim card, it was understandable if it came with a gadget. Yet you took days to reply on my emails and now you want to foward an email full of spelling errors. Whatever happened to a spell check option on your the Pc, how unprofessional!
