Dissatisfied
I have been a customer to MTN my whole life which is rare to have a loyal customer for that long these days. I had a contract with MTN everything was good, i never complaint because i never had problems till my phone was ******. Boy, did MTN show me colours!<br> I went to the branch the Nelspruit branch to get a SIM swap and leave contract to prepaid as anyway my contract expires end of July, but was told to do it telephonically as my SIM is contract - Strike 1!<br> As upset as i was I called the Centre hmmm and waited damn near 1h30m for a RESPOND! COME ON SERIOUSLY??? Guess what?! we spoke for 1minute. The person said \ Sorry we do not do that
